This beautiful antique stunning arak rug in blue colour is super hard to find it and it is a very fine quality rug. Arak rugs originated in Arak city which was also known as Sultanabad in north-central Iran. This city is also known for pottery and metalworks apart from hand-knotted rugs. These rugs are particularly featured in floral designs with medallion patterns in the middle. These rugs are usually weaved in asymmetrical knots.
